With Love from our farm to your home!
It started with two chickens, Elaine and Susie. Two chickens became eight chickens. Next was a peahen, then a few hatched turkeys and some guinea fowl, and then two- six day old Nigerian dwarf goats! The little goat herd grew to seven. Dairy goats followed. And what's a little farm without a couple of livestock guardian dogs to keep us safe? Happy Friends Farm was all but complete, but now it was time to pay the feed bills...
Being an Italian from New York, cooking was in my blood. Being creative also came naturally and combining the two resulted in a way to help with those pesky feed bills! We sell eggs and raw milk gifted from our girls and honey from the bees that are hosted on our property, We also sell homemade soap, lotions, fudge, cheeses, elderberry syrup, and sweets amongst other things.
My name is Danielle. I grew up in Staten Island, New York and lived a simple life on a postage stamp sized piece of property for 36 years. In 2013 I moved my life to Florida. My innate love for animals grew with the size of my property and "farm animals" became part of my life. More and more friends, and Happy Friends Farm came to be. I held a corporate job for almost 20 years but never felt fulfilled. So when this ended in October 2018, my dream of doing something I love began becoming a reality. In June 2021, we relocated our farm to Nazareth, Pennsylvania to be closer to family and enjoy all four seasons!

Wendy reached out to me before I even moved to PA and I consider her to be my best farm friend in the state! She is one of few farmers who I feel treats their animals with the same love and respect that I share with mine. Check her out for all of your fiber needs.
